I placed my order August 30th 2024, not until few this November 3rd I received a notification saying this “
Your order is up next and in the process of being packaged. This means your label has been created and printed. There will be another update that you will recieve once your order has been packaged and scanned via USPS or UPS,” Which never happened. I’m very disappointed. I was referred by a mother of a child I teach who is a loyal customer to Crescent & herb, but I should not have trust it. My dear $18.82 went to waste. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I tried reaching out to the company, in vain.
Still waiting on my order that was ordered Sept 3, 2024. I was hoping to get my order before I moved, so now I will have to wait longer once my order ships again after USPS reviews my mail forwarding request.
