Shipping, Production & Customer Policy

Effective September 11, 2026

Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order with Crescent & Herb. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Processing & Production Times

Crescent & Herb orders are estimated to be processed and shipped within 14–18 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note:

  • Mondays, weekends, and holidays are not included in the stated business-day processing timeframe.
  • Our typical production timeframe is approximately 18 business days, but this is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume and production demands.
  • These processing and production estimates apply to both limited and unlimited restocks/shop days.
  • Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • High order volume, sales, restocks, family emergencies, pandemics, and other circumstances outside of our control may result in additional delays.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that production times may vary.

Handmade Business & Production Process

Crescent & Herb is a mother-daughter-owned and operated business. Every order is handled exclusively by the two of us.

Our products are handmade and require time and care to:

  • Produce
  • Cut
  • Package
  • Seal
  • Label
  • Process
  • Ship
  • Transport to the post office

We ask that customers understand and respect the time required to properly complete each order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, no changes or alterations can be made to the order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Shipping-address changes
  • Changes to product quantities
  • Product substitutions
  • Order modifications
  • Cancellation requests

For example, if you intended to purchase two bars but accidentally purchased six, the order cannot be modified or refunded for that reason.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their cart and order information before completing payment.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these policies. Failure to read these terms before purchasing does not constitute grounds for an exception.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, you must contact Crescent & Herb within 3 business days of the date the carrier's tracking information shows the package as delivered.

Please provide the necessary information and photographs, when applicable, so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Failure to report a damaged or missing item within the stated timeframe may limit the resolution available.

For qualifying issues, Crescent & Herb may provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at our discretion. Refunds are not automatically issued for damaged or missing items.

Shipping & Transit Issues

Crescent & Herb is responsible for properly preparing and shipping your order; however, once a package has been accepted by the carrier, transit-related issues are outside of our control.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed packages
  • Misdelivered packages
  • Carrier tracking issues
  • Carrier delivery errors
  • Packages damaged during transit

Customers are responsible for working directly with USPS or UPS regarding carrier-related claims and transit issues.

Crescent & Herb cannot guarantee delivery times once a package is in the carrier's possession.

Shipping Address Requirements

Customers are solely responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully verify your:

  • Name
  • Street address
  • Apartment/unit number
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP code

Address changes are not permitted after an order has been placed.

If an order is placed without a valid or complete shipping address, Crescent & Herb reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, less any applicable fees or costs where permitted.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Crescent & Herb by the carrier, the customer may be eligible for a refund of the merchandise purchase price less the original shipping costs and any applicable fees, where permitted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is correct and that packages can be successfully delivered.

Fraudulent Disputes & False Claims

Fraudulent chargebacks, knowingly false claims, or fraudulent disputes are strictly prohibited.

Crescent & Herb reserves the right to:

  • Permanently refuse service to customers who engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Block future purchases.
  • Contest fraudulent disputes with the applicable payment processor.
  • Pursue any remedies available to us under applicable law.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to customers who are abusive, threatening, hateful, or disrespectful toward Crescent & Herb or its owners.

Please treat our small business and our team with the same respect we extend to our customers.

Personal Use Only — No Resale

Our products are intended for personal use only.

Purchases from Crescent & Herb are not authorized for resale, redistribution, or commercial resale without our express written permission.

Product Use & Disclaimer

Crescent & Herb products are handcrafted using selected ingredients. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for the purpose of diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing disease.

Crescent & Herb is not responsible for misuse, improper use, failure to follow product instructions, or use of a product contrary to its intended purpose.
